membership payment

Thank you for registering to become a member of Surrogate Grandparents.

We look forward to getting to know you! 

However, there are a few more things you need to do before you have completed your membership (you can do it!).

1) We require you to fill out a Police Vetting form.

2) Send the form to us at: Info@surrogategrandparents.org.nz along with a copy of your photo ID (driving licence or passport preferred)

3) Please complete your membership by selecting your membership type and clicking "Buy Now"

You will be taken to a secure page where you can complete your payment details. 

Note: Surrogate grandies are free! 

Membership fees are as such:

  • Standard Lifetime Membership $39.00

  • Standard CSC Holders Membership $29.00

  • Active Lifetime Membership for Families $79.00

  • Active CSC Holders Membership $59.00

We run solely from the generous donations from our community and members, we welcome any donation that you might be able to make to help us achieve our goals.
